Here’s a DIY recipe to help you wind down after a long day!
What You Will Need:
- 1 oz. spray bottle
- 1/2 tsp. isopropyl alcohol
- Distilled water
- Fragrance Oils. We recommend: 10 drops Lavender , 10 drops White Musk Or 10 drops of Water Lily
Directions:
- Pour alcohol into container.
- Add fragrance oils.
- Fill with water and shake well.
How to Use:
Spray on linens and pillows before bed for a restful sleep.
